1. I'm having trouble choosing sizes... What should I do?

Don't worry. All sizes are listed in each product's single page. Also, always get a bigger size if you are between sizes.

EDGE3000 APPAREL is based in Valencia, Spain.

3. As a customer... which lenguage should I use?

  • We speak english and spanish, but we'll do anything needed to understand you if you speak in your own lenguage.
  • Remember you can change site's lenguage thanks to the translator in the right top corner.

4. Can I buy E3K's products elsewhere?

No. All products are exclusively sold on www.edge3000apparel.com. Don't trust any other online stores.

Orders & Shipment:

1. When will my package arrive?

  • It really depends on your location and type of shipping - standard or express. You will be able to check how many days it takes to arrive when placing the order.
  • All orders are placed inmediately after the payment and shipped the next day. So you will wait the less time possible.

2. Where does E3K ship from?

The goods are shipped straight from the prints that are located on all five continents to bring you the product in the shortest time available.

3. My package has arrived but... Is missing?

Don't worry. Generally, it is more common than you think to not receiving some packages.

The volume of shipped orders worldwide is gigantic so there is always something to be temporary missing.

Your tracking number might indicate that your package has already arrived. If it's not, try to:

  1. Checking your local post office or warehouse of the delivery company (example: UPS, DHL, etc...) It's very probable you will find your order stucked there.
  2. It's possible that the delivery man left the package at yours neighbour house or any other place near your address. You can check it by calling the delivery company support and asking where's the package.
  3. The package got misplaced or went missing at the post office. Kindly reach out to your nearby post office and complete a form for missing packages, as this procedure might help in locating it.
  4. If, despite following these instructions, you are still unable to locate your package, please send us an email with your order number included in the subject line. We will be more than happy to assist you in resolving this matter.

4. What about other fees?

Additional fees may apply to your order. For customers outside the country of purchase, it is your responsibility to cover any customs, duties, taxes, VAT, charges, or other fees associated with importing the goods into your country. EDGE3000APPAREL holds no liability for these supplementary charges. We recommend consulting your country's regulations and import tax guidelines for more details.

5. I got a question about my order... Can you help me?

Of course we can and will do depending on how advanced is the process of printing and shipping the item.

We kindly request you to review your order thoroughly before finalizing it, as we are unable to make any modifications once the shipment has been dispatched. When contacting us regarding any queries about your order, please ensure to include your order number in the email subject line for efficient assistance.

6. Can I return something I ordered?

All of our garments are produced on demand so we kindly request you to ensure you are buying the right item and size. All of our items has a size table on its page.

This is the reason we can't offer a return but we'll provide you our best coupons so you can acquire the item you really wanted.
